Blockchain and Public Data
Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses may be permanently and publicly recorded on decentralized networks that are not controlled by LibPA. We cannot alter or delete on-chain data. Exercise caution when sharing wallet addresses or other identifiers that can be linked to your activity.
Third-Party Websites and Wallets
Our content may reference third-party websites, protocols, wallets, or exchanges. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.

We do not knowingly collect protected classification characteristics, precise geolocation, or government identifiers. We retain data as described in the Data Retention section.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, we may “sell” or “share” (as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Laws) identifiers and internet activity to/with advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described below, and we endeavor to honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Financial and Airdrop Features
Some features let you track token portfolios, compare exchanges, or review airdrop opportunities. If you link or provide a wallet address, we may process that address and related metadata solely to deliver the requested feature (e.g., tracking, eligibility checks). We do not request your private keys. Do not share credentials, seed phrases, or other security-sensitive information with us.
International Users
LibPA is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
