Mark is a Branch Manager and Small Business Manager with Regions Bank on Lady's Island. He attended Kent State University in Ohio and has over 15 years experience in finance and banking. In addition to being a member of LIBPA, he is also a member of the Sea Island Rotary Club.

Chet currently serves as the executive director for LowCountry Habitat for Humanity in Beaufort. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, University College and has a Bachelor of Science degree in management studies. He also holds a Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA) from Norwich University. Chet retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after a 26 year career, which is how he and his family came to Lady’s Island. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Marcy, for the past 26 years, and together they have three daughters: Brynna (Lander University), Ashlyn (Clemson), and Faith (Beaufort High). The family are active members of St. Helena’s Anglican Church..

Dawn Weeks is the Branch Manager for CBC National Bank located at 1700 Ribaut Road in Port Royal. Dawn has made her presence as a Lowcountry banker for the past 13 years. Before assuming her employment with CBC National Bank, Dawn was a banker for Regions Bank in downtown Beaufort as well as the Boundary Street Office of South Carolina Bank and Trust, currently known as South State Bank. Dawn is a loyal member of the community also offering financial counseling to residents of the Lowcountry. She has served on the Board for Help of Beaufort and is currently a member of the Historic Port Royal Foundation. Dawn has been a Lady’s Island resident for the past 18 years and she and her husband, Mark have five children; Ashley (West Chester Univ), Kyle (TCL), Corey, Ethan and Sophie.

Pat is a charter member and served two terms as President of the Lady’s Island Business and Professional Association. She is the owner and broker in charge of Home Town Realty. She has twice been selected as “Realtor of the Year” and served four terms as President of the Beaufort Realtors’ Association.

District 2, School Board Representative: David Striebinger, C: 843.694.7743

David serves as the Beaufort County School Board representative for District 2 and is also the Treasurer of ABLE, The Disabilities Foundation of Beaufort County. He recently retired from BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina where he served as a project officer specializing in start-up and turnaround initiatives. He is a graduate of Morgan State University and holds a Masters Degree from The University at Albany. David, his wife Jill and son Eric live on Coffin Point on Saint Helena Island.

Judy is the administrator for Home Town Realty and also serves as administrative coordinator for LIBPA plus being publisher of the monthly LIBPA newsletter.





Friends Of Crystal Lake Committee: Peggy Allard, W: 271.7298
 

After 31 years in the Navy Nurse Corps, Peggy is now the owner of Allard and Associates which provides Legal Nurse and Health Benefits consulting services.  She and her husband moved to Lady’s Island in 1989. She is also currently co-chair of the Friends of Crystal Lake, a group of citizens promoting the development of a passive park on the 26 acre Crystal Lake property

Elected as the District 7 representative to County Council in 2006 and reelected in 2011 representing the newly formed District 2. In 2013 Paul was elected as Chairman of County Council and also serves as Chairman of the Transportation Advisory Group. He is a Beaufort native, a graduate of Duke University, a U. S. Army veteran and a management consultant with extensive experience in labor relations.

Elected as the District 7 representative to County Council in 2006 and reelected in 2011 representing the newly formed District 2. In 2013 Paul was elected as Chairman of County Council and also serves as Chairman of the Transportation Advisory Group. He is a Beaufort native, a graduate

Born and raised in Beaufort, retired from Air Force in 1992 and has been developing websites since 1994. Completed his degree at USC-Beaufort in 1996. Proud granddad of 4 beautiful granddaughters and 1 grandson!

Kevin is an attorney with the Harvey & Battey law firm. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina law school and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, also from USC. Prior to attending law school he was employed as a design engineer with Nucor Building Systems. His wife, Courtney, is a District Sales Manager for American Buildings. In addition to being a member of the Lady's Island Business and Professional Association Kevin is a member of the Rotary Club.
